Hoi An Cooking Class: The Dishes You Will Cook
Papaya salad, crispy spring rolls, Vietnamese pancake and braised fish in a clay pot: a look at the menu of our hands-on cooking class.

Our cooking class is hands-on from start to finish. You choose ingredients, learn the techniques and then eat everything you made.
The menu
On our market and cooking class tour you prepare four traditional dishes: a papaya salad as the appetizer, deep-fried spring rolls as the starter, a Vietnamese pancake and braised fish in a clay pot as the main courses. Morning glory, steamed rice and a dessert complete the table.
On the bicycle and countryside tour
If you join the bicycle countryside tour, you learn four courses at our restaurant: papaya salad mix, deep-fried spring rolls, rice pancake, and either rice noodle or fish in a clay pot, then finish with a delicious dessert.
