Hoi An Eco Cooking Tour (Ms. Hanh)
Morning Tour (8:00 am to 1:00 pm) / Afternoon Tour (1:30 pm to 6:30 pm)
8:00 am / 1:30 pm: Your guide will pick you up at your hotel.
8:20 am / 1:50 pm: Our Chef will be taken you to Hoi An market. Our Chef will introduce to you the necessary ingredients and buy some things for cooking classes.
9:20 am / 2:50 pm: Take you to Cam Thanh village by boat along Thu Bon river. On the river, you have chance to contemplate the river beauty in the countryside of Hoi An, the traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of the hospitable fisherman here.
9:50 am / 3:20 pm: You join ride boat with local people on bamboo basket boat. You can get some loveable handmade souvenir made from nipa palm leaves such as rings, grasshopper…and you catch purple crabs , take photos in river of Cam Thanh coconut forest …
10:40 am / 4:10 pm: You will be welcome in the restaurant with welcome drink fresh orange
juice and participate in cooking classes with our Chef.
11:40 am / 5:10 pm: Enjoy Vietnamese food made by yourself
12:40 pm / 6:10 pm: We will take you back the your hotel or place you request.
